Mala Ullal is an expert in the field of intercultural personnel and leadership development with more than 10 years of professional experience at home and abroad.
Raised in the tension field of three cultures- India, USA, and Germany- Mala Ulla trained her intercultural background into her profession. As a certified intercultural trainer, she works for multinational corporations an manages SMEs that operate on a global level.
The design and implementation of management training, intercultural negotiation preparations, team training as well as individual training and deployment preparations with view on India, USA, and Germany are her main focus.
In addition, Mala Ullal offers strategic consulting, intercultural coaching, crisis interventions, mediations, and university lectures. Mala mainly works in Germany, India, and the USA, but is also booked for special assignments (such as by the Ministry of Culture of the Kindgdom of Bahrain).
Mala speaks German, English, Hindi (basic knowledge), and Marathi (basic knowledge).
