Yevhen Domchenko and Dostride is an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Management 3.0 Facilitator, Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), ICAgile Authorised Instructor, Scaled Agile Framework Trainer (SPC), Professional Facilitator, Mentor, and Coach (ORSC) on my way to make a world a little bit better and help people, teams, and Organizations to become a better version of themselves. 

I am working with Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and other frameworks and ways of delivering value and improving the organisation. I am working with Individuals, Teams, Leadership and Organisation and help them grow and achieve great results since 2011. I have gathered years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Manager and Leader, Agile Coach, Team Member and Professional Systemic Coach. I have experience working with different transformations, fantastic teams, managers, and leaders, working with different behaviours and various organizations as well with difficult situations, challenges and environments.
I have facilitated hundreds of different courses, workshops and training, In-person and remote and I have coached different companies, individuals and teams local and international and continue to do so In-person and Remote!

I believe in people and teams, and I am helping them to grow, be motivated, and move things towards their goals in their work life and personal life. I am helping to make the world a little bit better.

How do I teach?

Learning is more about practising and experience, so expect action! InPerson or remote training are filled with a lot of exercises, interesting case studies, experience sharing and great conversations. It is not a full day death by PowerPoint, it is an interactive and collaborative session. And as learning doesn't end with the training, we stay in contact after.
