This programme covers a range of techniques from the domains of digital business strategy, lean startup, growth hacking, and digital marketing strategy. It is based on many years of experience helping both large enterprises with their growth and coaching small tech startups through their initial growth phases.

This learning journey can be followed without prior knowledge, but a basic understanding of data, AI, and data-driven business models is recommended. It represents the final step in our Data-Driven Leadership approach, applying concepts from previous modules to achieve growth (as well as non-growth objectives).
